What is this resource?

The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), administered by the Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA), is a federal initiative providing food and nutrition assistance at no cost to income-eligible individuals and families across Oakland and Livingston Counties through a network of local food pantries, churches, and other agencies. This program aims to support the diets of low-income residents, including seniors, by distributing USDA commodities and other food staples to help alleviate food insecurity within the community.
