What is NAMI Family-to-Family?

NAMI Family-to-Family is a free, 8-session educational program for family, significant others, and friends of people living with mental health conditions. It is designed to help them understand and support their loved ones while maintaining their own well-being. The program provides information about mental illnesses, treatment options, communication strategies, and resources available to families.

How do I get started with this resource?

1) Go to https://www.nami.org/support-education/nami-helpline/.

2) Read about what this program is about and if this interests you, scroll down until you see “Sign Up For A Class”

3) Click on “Find the NAMI Family-to-Family class nearest to you”

4) Find a program of interest. The virtual options usually work better.

5) Click “Details” on the right, then “Click to Register”
