What is this resource?

Modivcare covers people living in Michigan who are on Medicaid and dually enrolled Medicaid/Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) beneficiaries who reside in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne counties and have no other way to get a ride. Rides to dental, substance abuse and mental health services are also available for Medicaid HMO members. You must have a Medicaid ID to book transportation and transportation is available 7 days a week. An advance notice required of 48 to 72 hours is needed dependent upon type of Medicaid plan and type of appointment.
