What is this resource?

Matchan Nutrition Center, affiliated with the St. Vincent de Paul Detroit organization, is a soup kitchen and food pantry, serving nutritious meals and providing free groceries to those in need through food depots in various locations and the Matchan Marketplace. Beyond food assistance, the center also offers donated clothing, warm blankets, and hygiene products, along with vouchers for St. Vincent de Paul thrift stores. Job training through Michigan Works’ Job Link Program, legal aid from the Christian Legal Aid Society, and spiritual support through Bible classes at SS Cyril & Methodius Seminary are also offered. The Matchan Center can further connect individuals with various resources and assistance programs for their well-being.
