What is this resource?

The Workforce Development program at the Dream Center in Michigan is dedicated to providing comprehensive support/resources to empower individuals to secure sustainable employment. The program offers personalized guidance in areas such as pre-employment readiness (including resume building, interview skills workshops, and computer literacy) and with job placement. Beyond job placement, the program integrates essential skills development in areas like financial management, conflict resolution, and effective communication to promote economic stability for program participants.

And to ensure long-term success, the Workforce Development program provides ongoing support through assigned life coaches.
